Something very odd about this floor and decor. The employees are mostly okay, but management is weird and so are some of the employees they've hired. There's a lot of wait time with checking out; i've waited up to 10 minutes sometimes and in returns its the same scenario. I've had quotes requested for 1 month lee way and others just 2 weeks; management won't price match the original quote price, which is fine but just not appealing. For all 18 wheelers! Follow the path on the picture because there is not enough space to swing where x is marked. Great staff. Got unloaded in 20 minutes.

I had a very disappointing experience at Floor and Decor this week. I visited on Saturday to look at their thin brick displays and we really liked a style called Cobblestone. We asked about ordering it and the employee helping us clearly did not know how to do that. He looked it up on his handheld device, but what he showed us did not match the color of the display at all. He insisted it was the same product and that the display had faded.
