Friendly help when we needed it
Received great help picking out flooring, very prompt and informative.
Im rating it 5 starts but only because the sales women that helped us was very professional ( Rudy's home and repair) But the people loading up our truck is a whole different story the forklift driver wouldn't push the pallet all the way in the truck and the flagger boy Aka mister know it all ruined our whole experience in floor in decor he should work in a dealership because we pulled up in a 2500 dodge ram diesel and and he wasent sure if the truck could handle 1500 pounds of weight he looked for a sticker around the truck... read more
