Amazing help and expertise from Em Z. Em was very knowledgeable, friendly and offered some great suggestions that are going to make my project even better. Em created a 3D rendering of my bathroom remodel project which has been super helpful in conveying my vision to my contractor. large selection of tiles, I recommend!
Great customer service and design center teams but beware of some poor quality stone that they sell. This one below -- black leather - is a marble that easily cracks, splinters and is stabilized by mesh. Had to order much more than anticipated due to poor quality. Tip: just buy one box and test it first and return if your tile installer has issues. It's not worth it.
