Great customer service.
This is the first time I’ve written a review, but after three separate visits with consistently poor service, I feel I needed to share my experience at the Downey location of Floor & Decor. What made this most recent visit especially disappointing was how Department Manager Austin Chabot and Sales Associate Brittanie Diaz-Subia treated my contractor, a military veteran.
