Great experience at the Westchester location. I met with JoAnn Who helped me select a tile for my laundry room floor. She was very receptive to my style and recommended a tile I would not have picked out myself, and I absolutely love it. I went to the store with my two toddlers and she even entertained them by making balloon animals. Highly recommend meeting with JoAnn!

I scheduled my first visit with floor and decor’s interior design team. Upon entering the store we were greeted and asked how we could be helped. We were introduced to Amanda Zaglauer and she helped tremendously. She knew what she was doing and she listened to my ideas and what I was looking for. She knew the products and even helped us stay within our budget. Checking out was also easy and everyone was so helpful. I highly recommend foot and decor.
I am really happy to shop at the West Chester Ohio store. Every manager and employees are so helpful I ordered entire floor and it was special order and was taking longer however Samantha was very helpful and resolved my issue So happy to be there
