Excellent customer service by Miss Mansi, the store manager and everyone we have encountered during our visit. Great selections and competitive prices. Will definitely come back again for my next project.

I have moved around several times in the last few years. Floor and Decor is a must for both high end and budget remodels. Staff know what they are doing and you get much better help and service than general big box stores, and many times better prices. The only issue is that you cannot return clearence items. So, I ended with a few more boxes of flooring and wall tile material than I needed.
We visited our local Floor & Decor and honestly, we were completely overwhelmed at first — there are SO many options! Thankfully, we were greeted by Snigdha right away. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and knew the store layout inside and out, which immediately made us feel more comfortable and less lost.
