I’ve been coming to this store since it opened, which I think was almost two years ago, near my house. Before that, I used to go to the Floor & Decor on West Colonial next to Target, where the customer service was excellent and top-notch. There was always someone not only to answer your questions but to provide outstanding customer service. However, here at the Alafaya store, the customer service is terrible. This store was amazing loved all the products there was one young lady iliana who helped me with every question & concern I had she was outstanding. I am highly satisfied & will be recommending this location to friends & family.
Went into store and was helped by a superstar. His name is Samuel. I had a bathroom project. He helped from everything from tile to grout. He did it with a smile, extreme knowledge and joy. By the time I left I felt I was ready for my project. What he did was more that assist me. He bought your store loyalty. I bought a few items that were more expensive at your store because of the service he provided.
Wasted my time. I couldn’t pay for the original quote, and instead of helping, they created a new quote that was much higher. The customer service was terrible—very inexperienced, ignored my concerns, and acted like they knew everything. Completely unprofessional.
