The project manager and crews really did a nice job and were very responsive to my questions and concerns during and after the project, for that I'm giving them 5 stars. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars is when I met with the owner to go over the flooring and final price, nothing was mentioned of a 1,500$ change order that could or would be added after demo was done.
