The whole process with FCI was seamless and easy. I felt confident with the team that helped me decide on options and installed the flooring. Everyone communicated and the results are beautiful! I'm so happy with our new floors.
Great job all n all, Professional, on time, I'm going to take 1 star down from 5 to 4 stars. Few issues after the crew finished the job, they have to come 3 times to fix the same issue. Using a mallet (black) on white baseboards left black marks all over.

Excellent service from the time we visited the showroom to after the work was completed. Camryn is knowledgeable about floor covering and helped us select the grade and color of the carpet we wanted with her input. The installers were efficient and professional. The work was done to our expectations and compared to our previous experiences, Floor Coverings installers did an excellent job. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International.
