My husband and I had an appt. with Floor Coverings International in South Denver on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. We were emailed a confirmation...on the day of our Appt., the flooring consultant never showed up at our house...no one called us either....30 minutes after our appt. time and no one had shown up or called, we called Floor Coverings International to tell them that our appt. was at 10:30 a.m. and as of 11:00 a.m. no one had shown up or even called us...the lady in the office whom we talked to was very ap... read more

Wanted a Berber-like carpet replacement for my old carpet - did not get it. Carpet arrived dirty and looked even dirtier when you ran you hand over it (and did not appear to be a closed loop carpet at all). Was told I would not get any of the monies already paid back (about $1500). Told them to take the carpet back. Not happy.
Wonderful woman owned flooring business. Would use them again, for sure!
