I recently completed a project to convert our family room into a home office and decided to upgrade the flooring to hardwood. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the quality of the work and the kindness of the staff. The estimator, Vitalii, was polite, friendly, and highly professional throughout the entire process. The installer, Maks, also did an excellent job. I truly appreciated that he stayed late to ensure the project was completed in one day, just as promised.
I love waking up to to my new hardwood floors and the refinished hardwood floors - it’s exactly what our home needed. Borden, Mark, Igor and crew were very professional and efficient.
Had a really good experience with floor coverings international. We had our basement floor finished with Tera cotta tiles and the tech who did it, Vitali, was amazing, worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job. Looks amazing and highly recommend this company and Vitali in particular.
I had new carpeting and hardwood installed, and the entire team was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone took extra time to make sure all the details were correct and all the issues resolved. I’m really impressed with their care and work ethic! Worked with Vitalli and he was knowledgeable and flexible. The installer for the hardwood was Andray and he did a beautiful job. Kevyn for carpeting was cheerful- and they remained cheerful even though they worked long hours to get the job done. Very happy with my new floors!
