Great Job! Prompt and Professional .
They did everything they promised. There was one small glitch which they fixed the same day we bought it to their attention. Jason was extremely supportive and professional throughout the entire process,
We had a wonderful experience with Dan and his team. Everyone was personable and easy to work with. They were detail oriented and we were in communication through every step of the process. We will definitely use them again!
I highly recommend FCI of South Loudon. I had LVP flooring installed in the basement family room, landing and laundry room as well as new runner carpet on the stairs and wall to wall carpet on the landings. The design team came to the house and provided excellent advice on flooring and carpet choice. The project team lead was communicative and supportive. The install team was exceptional. It looks beautiful. I am very happy with the outcome.
I couldn't be happier with our new floors! From start to finish, the installation process was smooth and stress-free. The crew was friendly, efficient, and delivered outstanding results. The quality exceeded our expectations, and our home looks beautiful. Thank you for a fantastic job!
