We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. From the initial consultation through installation, the team was professional, responsive, and made sure everything was done right. What really stood out was that they actually followed up with us well after the installation to make sure everything was still looking great and that we were happy with the flooring. That level of follow, through is hard to find. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and great customer service.

I hired Fred for a stained concrete project, but he was unable to deliver the promised results. As a compromise, we agreed to cover the concrete with Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring. Less than a year later, the LVP is already cupping and bubbling.
