Communication was great all through the process. Linda and Jeff are very personable and friendly and very easy to work with. Very detailed orientated and appreciated their experience and input; especially good at problem solving. Areas that were always carpeted now have laminate flooring, so a whole new beautiful look. I went to Metro Flooring International when I first started looking at floor covering because it was relatively close to my residence. But I felt like I hit the jackpot because the store manager was so friendly and helpful, and I happened to be able to meet Linda, the consultant that same day.
