Wendy was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She even offered having her family dog sit for my puppy sometime! She took the time to explain all the available types of flooring and guide me to the best options for my home. The installers were professional, hard working, and efficient. The only minor challenge was a slight language barrier as their primary language was Portuguese.
