If I could give zero stars I would. Andrew is extremely dishonest and not at all helpful. He had multiple chances to come out and fix the problems with the floor, yet didn’t. Then claimed that what was in the written contract was a mistake by the computer. Unless you are there to monitor every move, as well as take pictures of the process and materials used, do not hire him. He claims he has his own crew, but he does not and subcontracts it out to another crew, who do not speak English, so when problems arise there is no way... read more
From the moment the crew arrived early, we knew we were in good hands. They were professional, respectful of our home, and took the time to answer my questions throughout the process. Good work but no frills. Do not expect the woodwork to be corrected if transitioning from carpet to wood. Again the work is good if you just need floors installed.
Andrew did such a great job putting together my install and helping pick out a carpet.The crew was neat,friendly and quick.The results are amazing.So glad we picked the color.Highly recommend company.They take the time and make sure all your needs are met.The cost was great as well for the quality we got.
I absolutely 💯 hate my new floor. We did 1500sq ft (whole house ) project. We were shown 3 sample boards after showing the owner of the franchise exactly what we wanted. We picked the perfect color match. Little did we know the actual floor was multiple colors and made to look like mismatched planks. Told him it was nothing like we expected. Now we are stuck with $13k worth of flooring we don't like. Very expensive lesson learned. Only 2 out of 10 planks looked like the sample which was on bottom left of sample boards. We e... read more
