I made an apt. I took off of work to meet one of their reps to get an estimate for flooring. I never received a confirmation call. And, at the time of the apt I called to as if he was still coming. They told me that he was, that he may be a little late due to a prior apt, and they gave the name of their rep. Mind you, this was 8 in the morning. Superior service and craftsmanship; that is what I received from Floor Coverings. Tearing up work was initiated with an extreme taping of plastic everywhere to ensure no dust into cabinets, stairwells, closets, and furniture. This showed true respect and care for the homeowner. The tile was then laid from the foyer through to the kitchen in a logical pattern and uniform consistency. Baseboard removal and resetting was done carefully and caulked beautifully. I used Floor Coverings International to recently redo by bedroom. I chose them over others for their professionalism and patience. They were not the cheapest but I liked the presentation the best. The team that came to do my floors was great. They were friendly and very professional. They worked very clean. Left my house as they found it. Floors look great!
