After having major problems with another floor company, I needed an extra box of flooring. The other company disappeared. I contacted Naples store and Alex Martin and Troy went over and above to help me. Alex really helped me quickly and hand delivered not only 1 but 2 boxes of the flooring that I desperately needed to finish a renovation. He went out of his way and busy schedule to deliver them to my home. I will definitely be using Alex and Floor Coverings Int. in Naples for my future flooring projects. Both David and Chris were very attentive to our concerns throughout. I believe the pricing to be fair and competitive. Living with the chaos isn't for the faint-of-heart but the installer, Carlos, worked diligently and tirelessly, and saw to it that we had our bedroom available for occupation for the duration of the work. The finished job is everything we'd hoped for and more. Highly recommended!
David showed up when he said. My job was finished on time and he came back to install an extra finish piece up against the slider at no extra charge. Very satisfied & would recommend their company.
The Blairs run a top notch service. Every client I have ever sent to them praises their work. Whether it be an entire home or small bedroom they have given a great price and phenomenal service each and every time. Before you decide on an installer I implore you to call David and Amy to get an estimate. I deal with most installers in town on a regular basis and repeatedly recommend them first.
