We used FCI Lakeway for a home we purchased in Lakeway. We had them replace the old carpets in three bedrooms and closets. Isidoro Jr and Sr were the carpet technicians dispatched. We had a great experience with our carpet installation from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and did an excellent job. The carpet looks beautiful, the installation was clean and seamless, and they made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Kevin's team was amazing to work with. Their customer service and regular communication made for a smooth, successful project that included coordinating various schedules of carpet removal, wood floor refinishing, pausing for painters to work and then installing new carpet. Joe did an incredible job sanding down engineered hardwood floors to an original finish without hitting plywood. Top notch work!
