I had made an appointment for FCI to come by our home and had to rearrange my work schedule to be there on time. They never showed up! I called to make sure they had a record of my appointment, which they did. The friendly receptionist passed along my concerns to the branch manager, who never followed up. If this behavior is indicative of how they do business, I think we dodged a bullet.
