Integrity, humble, and best characteristic of a business - not greedy. I called simply to replace my 3 out of 22 stair noses. They could have up sold me for their own interest with new floors for my stairs, noses, and plus plus plus. Instead, I was asked to send a picture of my stairs, was guided to where I could find similar noses, and equally get connected with their installer to call me in assist installing those noses.
