They refinished our floors now our floors are coming up less than a year. Three flooring company's have said there alot of machine spots around that area.
We had our living room, kitchen, and our master bedroom changed from poorly laid solid wood floors and carpet to glue down LVP (Luxury Vinyl Planking) by Karndean. Janna was our representative from the Floor Coverings International. She did a great job of providing samples and advising us what wear thickness we would need that would stand up to my wife's wheelchair. She was there to answer our questions, even after hours. So far so good the floors haven't been installed yet so I'll update but working with the rep Janna has been smooth
Janna was awesome throughout the entire process. Very flexible and communicated efficiently. The work that was done far exceeded our expectations and we are so happy we went with this business. Our stairs and floors look awesome.
