after paying and having absolute horrible communication and service by this company, we started having issues with nails coming up on our stairs we called the company for warranty work because they are new floors and shouldn't be having any issues. we called no one answers left a voicemail. ended up calling them back multiple times across multiple days and finally got someone to answer. mauricio answers say he can come out same day to see what the issue was to fix it. to my surprise he didnt show. my wife then calls back the... read more
