I found this company through Home Advisor and called them based on their near perfect reviews. Jeff was involved in the entire process. The workers moved all my furniture, installed the carpet, cleaned up after themselves, and put everything back in place. This was a great experience - start to finish. The carpet looks amazing !!!!
Jeff is such an amazing business owner ... we truly enjoyed our entire experience in getting our beautiful new floors and kitchen back-splash. His team went above and beyond our expectations...they were all timely, professional and experienced. We highly recommend using Jeff Szul with Floor Coverings International Richardson. We absolutely love the look of our renovated & refreshed downstairs and we will definitely be using him and his outstanding team for our next project.
There was no high pressure sale's pitch, the presentation was informative, they worked within my budget and were present throughout the installation process.
Although we like the product, the follow up service hasn't been good. The installers left one piece cut short, and it has pulled away from the wall leaving an angled gap that shows. The installers didn't leave even one piece of flooring after the install for use as a repair. Therefore we cant fix the bad piece. The installers did come out on our first complaint, but all they did was "Kick" (several times) sliding the piece under the wall trim hiding the gap. Because of that … See more

Floor Covering International did an EXCELLENT job sanding and refinishing the entire second floor, stairs and dining room in my home. They were very professional in protecting my walls and furniture, cleaned up behind themselves and were very courteous. When they told me they would be finished in two days, I thought that was impossible. Yes, in two days, I had BEAUTIFUL new floors. No complaints, only compliments! Thanks guys!!!
Just had a really informative in home estimate. Jeff took the time to answer all of my concerns, and I am not left confused like going store to store and getting different opinions from the employee I flag down walking the aisles. The first quality samples were gorgeous! I appreciate the upfront and honest approach, and feel comfortable working them in the future...once he sells my husband on the package. ;)
