I love working with Mr. Rouhanian ! Great guy !
Absolute worst customer service in the Rockville location. The flooring is significantly over priced, which might be ok if the customer service was outstanding. Do not recommend this place!
My experience with this company is really awful. They delayed the beginning of the job, did not store the hardwood at room temperature for 72 hours, did not lay a water barrier and as a result, all of the hardwood floor became cupped (warped) during the summer. The company does not return phone calls and does not want to honor their warranty obligations (12 months). Stay away from this company.
