They worked with me and in the end I got exactly what I wanted for less then I was willing to pay. The installers were great. They worked around our schedule and couldn't have been nicer. They ripped the carpet out of our entire house and installed sheet vinyl that looks and has the texture of slate. We've received many compliments on our floors.
