I have worked with Tommy on all the projects; he is extremely honest and knowledgeable on what products will work best for the type of use. His customer service and response time is very quick and pricing is great too! I also used installers he recommends and they have done a great job. I highly recommend Floor Broker.

Unfortunately we have had bad customer service. We purchased a new home last April and ordered new carpet throughout the home. Dealing with Tommy was great for the initial order, however the install was unsatisfactory. Since the carpet was installed we have repeatedly called and asked for the installers to come back and fix the poor job. Pictures are below.
