I am very disappointed with the quality of my ceramic flooring. Within just a few months of installation, the cement (grout) between several of the tiles began cracking. I expected a professionally installed floor to last much longer without these issues. The cracking not only affects the appearance of the floor but also raises concerns about the quality of the installation and workmanship. I would not recommend this company based on my experience unless they are willing to stand behind their work and resolve the problem.

Jennifer was my real estate agent and she did an outstanding job. I was out of state and in a different time zone, but the communication lines were open, she responded very quickly. She handled all the finishing touches; From demoing and installing a countertop, to cleaning, and painting. She was hands on. I didn't have to worry about anything, she handled it all. The best part is that I got my asking price! I highly recommend her.
