The owner is a very unpleasant man. I had a very bad experience with him. In my opinion not a person I’d spend my hard earned money with.

I can’t believe how badly this company handled my situation. They were slow to respond to my emergency call, and by the time they arrived, the damage had gotten worse. Their staff was careless, tracking mud all over my house and breaking one of my windows while moving equipment. The so-called restoration looked rushed and incomplete, and within days I noticed water stains reappearing. This was a total waste of time and money.

The entire experience was horrible. They sent a crew that barely spoke to me, worked in a rush, and ignored my concerns. They didn’t fully dry out the affected areas, which caused mold to spread throughout my basement. Instead of admitting fault, they blamed me for not “maintaining proper ventilation.” The amount they charged was outrageous considering the poor results. Hiring them was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made.

Do not trust this business with your home. They claim to specialize in water damage restoration, but all they did was set up a few fans and dehumidifiers, then leave without addressing the real problem. My carpet was ruined, and instead of replacing it, they just told me it was fine.
