We had a shower pan leak and Floodmasters was out our house to assess the damage within 2 hours. Quartius ("Q") was unbelievably helpful answering all of my questions and knew exactly what needed to be done for our insurance claim. He sat there with me to file the claim and speak with the claims adjuster on the phone to make sure I was completely satisfied and comfortable with the next steps. Had a great experience with Floodmasters! Life is busy with 4 kids (3 of them under 3) - Dustin and Ronald and Q came over during a very busy Saturday afternoon and were beyond amazing! Answered all our questions, were careful and clean as they worked - and kind to the kids! :) thank you all for making a not fun situation pleasant!
Elizabeth was punctual, efficient, pleasant, capable. She gets an A+. Q was also helpful in responding quickly to my questions and connecting me to the insurance company. We still haven't done the rebuild; I only hope that goes well. We'll see.
