I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from Floodmasters, especially Melissa Brown. It was very frustrating to me, I wanted the fans and dehumidifiers to be removed after a few days. But I was assured by Melissa that the equipment was doing it’s job and that the fans and dehumidifiers needed to stay for a couple more days. Of course, Melissa was right. She was very pleasant and professional.
