I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from Floodmasters, especially Melissa Brown. It was very frustrating to me, I wanted the fans and dehumidifiers to be removed after a few days. But I was assured by Melissa that the equipment was doing it’s job and that the fans and dehumidifiers needed to stay for a couple more days. Of course, Melissa was right. She was very pleasant and professional.
RecommendedMark was at my house immediately & unfortunately the leak was worse than I thought. They were responsive & walked me through the process. Quality folks.
They could improve by closing their doors and not doing business.
Sales people service people and office staff all on different pages. Experience much harder than It needed to be. I would never use this company again they were unprofessional.
Techs Nick, Patrick, Dustin, and Rich were awesome when they came and attended to pipe burst! I definitely recommend floodmasters!
