Great job! I called three companies, and all of them said that in my case, I didn't need to contact the insurers and would have to pay out of pocket myself. However, the specialists at Flooddry explained that my situation was indeed an insurance claim. After completing all the work, they sent the entire package of documents to my insurance company, and everything was accepted. Today I already received the check for the repairs! I didn't have to pay any upfront fees for the drying process; the insurance company paid directly.

Kirill, a very professional and nice young gentleman who always responds to my inquiries/requests promptly. Maybe because of young Kirill works around the clock, he even wrote the inspection reports and water damage mitigation estimates late at night because he works outside during daytime can’t work in front of computer 👍
