Kirill is fantastic. I was worried and doubted whether I really needed to install a dehumidifier. We signed the contract at 10 PM, and without me noticing, the work was confirmed the next morning. We had a leak in our bathroom upstairs. The leak was caused by the faulty valve under the vanity. After I invited three companies with 5-star reviews, I decided to hire FloodDRY, and it turned out to be a great decision.They were professional throughout the whole project. Kirill arrived and explained everything in great detail, which made us feel much more at ease. Alex and Kirill worked quickly and very carefully. They cordoned off the repair area with a partition. They treated the entire water-damaged zone with an antibacterial agent; since elderly people live in the house, they were kind enough to install an air purifier to remove bacteria and dust.
