These guys are legit! I had a water leak 2 days after Christmas and Jordan came out (on a Saturday! During a holiday weekend!) and absolutely set my mind at ease. We had flooring and drywall damage on two levels of our home, he explained the whole process. For any women who are also head of household- I felt totally comfortable with Jordan, Ben and his crew at all times. They were respectful, and did not demean me or ask to speak to a man(IYKYK).
