Fire Flood Pro just completed a finished basement renovation after a fire. The basement looks amazing! Professionally done! I couldn’t imagine using anyone else. We hired Flood Fire Pros to do a sterilization and clean of the carpet in the office. They had great communication from the first call with Matt to when the crew left my office. The crew that came in was pleasant, easy to talk to, and hard working. Their office staff communicated with me promptly via email with exchange in documentation needed from both sides. All around it was a great experience and very happy with the outcome of the job.
