I was really disappointed in the receptionist. I wanted to speak to someone who was available who could answer my general question regarding insurance. She was really gate keeping. She only gave me one option and he wasn’t available. I asked to speak to someone who could answer my general insurance question. She insisted she wouldn’t let me. It seemed like I was speaking to a computer who returned an error message wirh her responses. I just wanted help meeting my insurance needs.

Claim adjuster was very difficult to work with. I was given the run around when putting in claim. I left several messages for claim adjuster and she never called back. I had to keep calling to get ahold of her.
