Don’t waste your time. After exchanging twenty emails, playing phone tag, having a live call, then more emails and introductions, they canceled. Reason? They do not buy houses in my region of Texas. Another issue is they basically want you to lower the price and pay off most of your mortgage before they even consider it. Another lowlife real estate scammer mailing anyone with an address Unsolicited "offers" to buy property at pennies on the dollar.
Beware! Scam alert! These guys will end up on the TV show American Greed! They wanted me to sign over a $600,000 property, for nothing in exchange but “shares” in a company that could go out of business tomorrow. Wow!
The team was excellent to work with, and their communication has reinforced our decision. We have been pleased with the returns, as they have been about what I expected to net after taxes, except I haven't had to spend any of my time taking care of tenant renewals, maintenance, etc. - all seamlessly handled by Flock. For people who are in the right economic situation, this is an excellent choice.
