Another lowlife real estate scammer mailing anyone with an address Unsolicited "offers" to buy property at pennies on the dollar.
Beware! Scam alert! These guys will end up on the TV show American Greed! They wanted me to sign over a $600,000 property, for nothing in exchange but “shares” in a company that could go out of business tomorrow. Wow!
The team was excellent to work with, and their communication has reinforced our decision. We have been pleased with the returns, as they have been about what I expected to net after taxes, except I haven't had to spend any of my time taking care of tenant renewals, maintenance, etc. - all seamlessly handled by Flock. For people who are in the right economic situation, this is an excellent choice.
I invested in Flock Homes about a year ago. Could not be happier with the investment or the Flock team members who are executing the strategy and communicating results.
