I wanted to like this place and I tried to do business with them. I wanted to utilize the banquet area spoke to the manager previously, I had to remind her to send over the video as she agreed to send so I could rent out the banquet area. Decided to come in a few days later and was expected to pay a deposit with no contract agreement for the rental and was told multiple things verbally. It's my favorite spot, awesome food. Great drinks. Friendly people don't miss the blue crabs on Monday, night, seafood night, karaoke Thursdays and every other day is awesome to close on Tuesdays as of this posting, the spot in pig town actually best spot in Baltimore
My first time there and my last time we waited over 1 hour 30 minutes for them to say we having difficulties in the kitchen so we continue to wait another 45 minutes still no food. They did offer to take half off but, the food never came. Some other guest stayed there and waited and a hour later still no food and they were trying to order more drinks and they couldn’t get no service. You knew you had problems in the kitchen you should not have waited no hour to tell us. They were out of fried potatoes.
Staff are friendly but we waited over two hours to get our food. So many excuses were made as to why the food hadn't come out yet. When the food did come it came one by one to our group. So one person got their food and the rest of us had to wait another 30 minutes each time. I am currently here and if it wasn't for my friend celebrating his birthday here I would've left and went to Burger King down the street. Do not come here!! I try to support black businesses but this is so disappointing. The owner needs to do better.
My partner got his food 39 minutes before I did... Because they forgot my order, they never returned to the table to ask if we needed water or food.. When I did get my Shrimp... Smelled like the inner harbor and the 🍤 shrimp had poop in it. Not Shelled or deveined ... SMH
