I had a deep tissue massage. Cheryl is experienced, and friendly and does wonders. neck, shoulder, knees feel better than they have for a year. I will be back, and will be trying a float too. the spa is beautiful, staff is wonderful. highly recommend.
I had an amazing time at FLOATspa!!! I had my first float and facial and they were both such a great experience! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I can't wait to go back for a massage!

Excellent experience. I had never spent time in a sensory deprivation tank. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in decompressing, to quite literally shut out the world. I spent an hour floating in water that is equal to body temperature. I used the ear plugs, which I believe is a must. It must be the closest thing there is to an out of body experience.
