Float and lose weight! This not an official claim, but in the few days after my first float, I started to break through a plateau I'd been stuck at for months. This sort of makes sense because the zero gravity, sensory deprivation experience is supposed to "unwind" cramped muscles, which I think would lower your cortisol levels, associated with stress and inability to lose weight.
