Horrified! Where to begin. From the moment I opened the door I knew I should of turned around and walked straight back out. The ""Float Tank Room"" was a dingy motel looking office space with a curtain separating the ""reception area"" from the ONLY float tank/shower room. The shower was a portable camp site looking shower with a ratty old towel and shower curtain!!. Purchased a gift voucher for my friend's birthday in January 2018, we have tried numerous times to contact these people to make an appointment. It is now October 2018 and they do not respond to emails or answer the phone EVER... we have tried at opening time, midday, late afternoon and all in between. WARNING - Do NOT waste your money.

Terrible customer service. Only 6 months on vouchers. Pretty rude.
Awful costumer service. Didn’t respond to emails to arrange a time for a float after organising a voucher. Tried over weeks. After no luck, asked for a refund. Again slow in responding, then didn’t process until I followed up again. It’s the worse service I have had. No apologies, rude responses. Responses to reviews from others with similar issues on Facebook also provide some great examples, including the exclamation marks.
