Staff was awesome and made sure I didn't feel rushed. The floating experience was just what I needed. I feel refreshed and free. Thank you!
Float OKC is the whole experience. The staff were very friendly and took the time to guide us through what to expect during our first float with tips and tricks that worked for them. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have absolutely everything they could think of for your use. You also choose how you float. Tank open or closed, lights on or off, your own music playing or silence. I can get a little claustrophobic. My first float and I enjoyed it very much, I was welcomed, and once my room was ready, shown the pod and given all the instructions. Just a few things would have changed this from a 4 star into a 5 star. First, I wasn't offered the after float relaxation room with tea that is advertised. A bottle of water for after the float would be a nice little extra. Maybe offer some after float/shower moisturizer, not a necessary, just a suggestion. i loved it! it was amazing experience of meditation. it was very tranquil.
By far one of the most relaxing and therapeutic things I have put my body through. I am training for the memorial marathon to be ran on April 24th, so naturally my body is going through some conditioning pains. My float experience is exactly what my body and mind needed to rejuvenate! The staff is beyond courteous, professional and friendly. If you have not tried OKC float yet, you are missing out.
