At 32 weeks pregnant, floating at Float Norfolk was an absolute gift to my heavy, aching body. I got to enjoy an hour of weightlessness and rest that was more satisfying than a night of sleep. I will certainly be returning for more sessions!

It was my first time here and it was an amazing experience!
The entire setting of RENOVA and Float Norfolk were very attractive and inviting. The staff of Float Norfolk were great: helpful, attentive, calm and easy to work with. I have signed up for two more! (My first appt was at 10 a.m. and the full staff was there to welcome everyone.) I recommend you give them a try, it was delightful.
Very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, just all around lovely! I will be a regular customer, and have recommended this float experience to all!
