RecommendedEverything was fantastic! I bought a Groupon 2hrs for $79 for my mom's early birthday present. No issues with using voucher. Facility was quaint, but clean. Front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant! I'm so relaxed and sleepy. Be careful with where you place clothing as salt will cling, but no problems.
I booked an appointment for a Groupon float session for me and my GF. They told us they don’t accept vouchers on weekends but yet they booked it on a weekend knowing for a fact we had vouchers to be used. The guy at the desk was calm but was not good when it can to customer services and resolving issues. He called the owner/manager and just really didn’t care if the issue got resolved. I would suggest some type of training for problem resolution.
My boyfriend and I bought Groupon for Float Norfolk. We booked the appointment on 2/27 for 2/29 at 11:30am. We arrived a 11a.m & was told the we could not use our vouchers. Now, looking back at the Groupon it does/did say Mon-Fri. However, when booking the appointments we specifically told them we had a Groupon. They wanted a card on file and we said..."Do we need to put a card on file if we are using a Groupon" they said yes. they were not remorseful about the fact they made a mistake and customers had to deal with the outc... read more
