UPDATED to reiterate that I was told there was no availability during the two weeks between receiving the email and the expiration date. So the fact that the owner is now claiming there was plenty of availability makes the situation even worse given that they apparently could have scheduled me for an appointment but refused to. UPDATED to add screenshot because owner is trying to lie about what happened. When I got this email I called and they said they had no appointments available before the expiration date and refused to extend the expiration date. What a great therapy place. Float in water for an hour (with the help of hundreds of ponds of Epsom salt, Red light therapy and a massage, will be my next appointment. Staff is great, cutting edge relief. Will have pictures in update.
The crick in my neck resolved by like 80% after trying float pod for the very 1st time the facility is clean, beautiful, tranquil, cozy. I've also done the halo and IR sauna and red light and that was very healing too. Cannot wait to book the longer float pod sessions for my neck issue and the Journaling room with tea and water is a very nice touch post session. We were given a tour of the entire place too and shown the back wellness room which I hope to try some yoga soon .
Simply one of the most relaxing hours I have had in my life.
