If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would. Flo is the man. He has watched over, helped me fix, and purchase close to 10 bikes for family members & friends for nearly 20 years. I gave him a bottle of wine once, on top of funds to fix my bikes and support a local business, but it never feels like enough. Due to him and his shops hard work, it keeps me pedaling, smiling, and singing/whistling on trails, the sidewalk along the river, or on the streets on Hoboken. Seriously elite person and customer service. It’s a throwback.
Went here to get a rain cover for my bike. They presented me with only one option, and only one size. I have a larger sized w bike so I assumed the one size would be better to fit my larger bike, however it was very expensive $35 for a vinyl cover that had no shape whatsoever and ripped the minute I put it over my bike. Never coming here again. Ripped in 4 places, not even over a sharp edge it was legit the breaks and handle bars that made it rip?

Flo is a rare kind of human. If you've stumbled upon this shop, you've found a unicorn. The service, honesty, and care Flo and his family provide at this shop are incredible. The amount of money he talked me out of spending is absurd, and I'm thrilled with the way my bike builds have turned out! He's great at educating, and will not try to sell you more than you need.
