Flo is a rare kind of human. If you've stumbled upon this shop, you've found a unicorn. The service, honesty, and care Flo and his family provide at this shop are incredible. The amount of money he talked me out of spending is absurd, and I'm thrilled with the way my bike builds have turned out! He's great at educating, and will not try to sell you more than you need. My girlfriend and I walked in, not expecting to buy anything and even said we were just looking and the proprietors gave us each a free water bottle. Just feels like the kind of place that is a staple of a community and is great for cyclists near and far.
