Our A/C went out around 5:00 in the morning. I called around to three different places and they said they could have a service tech out in the morning. However they called back a couple hours later and said they could have someone out within the hour instead. Came out within a couple hours of calling, which is impressive on a cold January day. Tech was friendly and professional and had the job done in less than an hour. Two hours after I first called we have heat again. Great job, reasonable price.

My furnace went out late Saturday night. I called 11, yes 11, different companies and no one could come out before Monday morning at the earliest. One of the companies wanted to charge me over $600 to replace the motor to the blower. When I got a hold of Flo-Aire, Bob was kind enough to drive to his shop, on a Sunday, and sell me the part. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone a 100 to come out and then charge 500 for a part that cost 75. I told them forget it I will find someone else.

Flo-Aire was recommended to me by a friend and I thought they would be too far away to proivde installation and follow up service. Was I ever glad that I listened to them that the distance did not matter. They have been our heating and airconditioning contractor since 1999 when they installed central air. In 2009 I had them install a new furnace. Their price was right and service was excellent and continues to be excellent. We were having trouble with our furnace and called another company out. All this other serviceman said was that we need a new furnace. He didn't even try to look at it or fix it. I looked up Flo-Aire here in the yellow pages and decided to give them a call. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!! It's a family owned company and Bob the technician (who is the son of the owner) came out and exactly knew what the problem was. He had our heat working in less than an hour! Our blower went out at 10:00PM, placed an emergency call, Bob called back within 15 minutes,and have a service guy Jeff I believe come out. He replaced the blower by 12:00Midnight. Very nice person. I am very impressed with the total service My husband and I received. I will definitely recommend this company to others. Keep up the exceptional service.
