Bad customer service - I booked an apt 24hrs in advance, went into the clinic and due to other procedures was advised not to proceed with my apt. The receptionist was understanding and said it wasn't a problem and that they would waive the cancellation fee so I left shortly after. 30 mins after my apt I got a call saying that they had made a mistake and I needed to come back to do the apt right away, and since I couldn't they charged me the cancellation fee. Had such a wonderful experience getting my brows laminated here! The space itself is lovely, calming, and clean. Everyone working there from the owner, to reception, to my artist Nicole, were so kind and easy to speak to and enhanced the calm environment. I cannot wait to go back, extremely happy with the results and the compliments I’ve received since the appointment!
