The experience was calm and relaxing - very friendly stylist, and great scalp massage, but unfortunately thats where it ended! Paid $45 dollars for a haircut with dull thinning shears. The old hair meant to be cut off and refreshed, actually ended up looking worse. I have extrememly wavy, thick hair which needs to be flat ironed after a cut and even that didn't come out..
