Poor quality of customer service
I had such a great experience at Flirt Aesthetics! I booked my appointment through ClassPass and the entire process was completely seamless, from scheduling to check-in, everything was easy and stress-free. I purchased a package for this location through the Classpass app, and they sent me an email stating that the appointment time I booked through the app was already booked. If it was booked, I shouldn’t have been able to book that time slot, but never mind—I still tried to find a compromise. After a lengthy email exchange, instead of helping me, they insisted that I be there on the specific day and time they specified.
