We went in to order take out and Jason at 918pm Friday March 30th had horrible customer service. Didn’t greet us and cut us off when we tried to order. Then we paid and said he didn’t have change $0.24 to give us back because he was out of it. Told us our name would be called when the order was ready in 15-20 minutes. Almost a half hour goes by and my boyfriend asks if it’s ready and it was just sitting there. Then they tried to have us pay again and almost forgot our breadsticks. Super unorganized restaurant. Food was delicious. Service from waitress was completely abysmal. We were fine with the wait...understand they are still new and it’s Friday night. We just unfortunately got the one waitress that wanted to come across as too busy and stressed out to actually wait on our table. She was the exception to the rule. All the other waitresses were attentive, happy, pleasant, present, and helpful to their tables.
I love Flippers! I was so exited for their new location but I don't think I'm going there again. I called for carry out tonight and was told 35 min wait. Ok. Not a big deal. It was at 7.25 pm. We came at 8. Not ready. Finally at 8.15 we got it. 50 min. Place was may be half full and bunch of customers waiting. Manager just kept saying they were very busy. The breadsticks were amazing. The afternoon was cool and we ate outside, the attention excellent and the food very good, especially the breadsticks.
We stopped by to check the place out, having no clue it was their “soft opening”. Naturally, the new location was extremely busy, but the staff was super friendly and didn’t miss a beat. Friendly faces, nice atmosphere and the food was great. Quality and pride was for sure delivered to us with our visit, we will be returning.
