Always have a good experience with Dr Flippen He is very thorough and understanding. He Has a great attitude and really cares about his patients.
Had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Flippen. I always wait for him 10 15 minutes to finish up with previous patient and then come see me. Last time I had 10 minutes delay, and he told the office staff to reschedule me!!!! The reason for my delay was that they changed the office and their office is not in 300 medical plaza. It is in 100 Medical Plaza! I explained that but they said Dr. instructed to reschedule!!!!!! They know I come from far and Drive for an hour and a half but he doesn't care.
