My husband and I have had nothing but the best experiences at Flipp salon in Providence (with highlights and haircuts, in my case, but just haircuts for him). The first time I tried Flipp, I saw JoAnna. She did a remarkable job of refreshing my partial highlights, making them look natural, yet stunning.
