Terrible terrible customer service. Stood at the hostess table while 2 waitresses walked by 3 times and never spoke. One had her hands on her head like the customers were giving her a headache. A man finally came out and said we are on a wait. There were 3 open tables inside and 2 open outside. When asked how long he said I don't know, I'm feeding all these people. Well, duh, this is a resteraunt. 2 other parties and mine walked out. Poor poor customer service.

After waiting for 45 minutes, my husband finally went up to the counter to ask to place our order since no one came to take it. No apology or anything. We then canceled the order and left. I can understand if the place was packed but it wasn't. Another couple walked out right before we had. It's poorly managed and they have no clue what they are doing. Stay away!!!
The cook needs to learn the difference between medium and rare. Also the decorations were records and older music artists, but the music they where playing was current.

My wife and I stopped in yesterday looking to try your somewhat famous local food. The restaurant was far from busy as we were quickly seated.... And the quickly forgotten about or ignored.... After sitting a good 10 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement we were there, and watching several tabled around us get seated, drinks on food ordered, we left. I can't comment on your food, it may very well be the best in town, but the service we received ( or didn't receive) means I won't be back.
